From Application to Completion

Agreement in principle
We typically issue indicative terms instantly and a decision in principle within 24 hours of application, if not sooner. From here you are ready to begin your dream.
step 03
Legals & valuation
We will appoint an approved valuation team from our panel to go inspect the property. At the same time, Fortys and the borrower will instruct their solicitors to start the legal work.
step 04
drawdown
Once the legal work is finalised, we are ready to release the funds. Our solicitor will transfer the funds to the borrower’s solicitor and the process will be complete.
